A: As a source factory for custom medals, here's how we work:
When you contact us, please first send us a design sketch. We will give you a quote based on the size, color, and quantity you need. If you don’t have a design yet, we’re happy to help design one for you for free.
Once you’re happy with the price, our designer will draw the artwork for you to confirm. After you approve it, we start making your order.
Our production steps include: mold making, polishing, casting, electroplating, coloring or printing, assembling ribbon, quality check, packing and shipping.
While you wait, we’ll send you videos showing how the bulk custom medals are being made.
Q: How fast can i get my custom medals?
A: For rush production:7-10 days worldwide. We have our own equipment for every step of making the medals. Your order will be scheduled based on your event date, and everything is handled in our own factory. For urgent orders, we will move you to the front of the line and work flexibly. We make sure to deliver your event award medals on time without compromising on quality.
