Think of the Imitation Enamel process as creating a badge with a perfectly smooth, flat, and glossy surface — like a polished stone.
Here's a simple way to understand it:

2. We fill the design areas with a special colored enamel powder.
3. Then, we use high heat and heavy pressure to melt and press the powder until it becomes completely smooth and level with the metal edges.
4. Finally, we polish and plate it (e.g., with gold or silver color).
